In order to provide you a faster service, please follow our return procedure described below.

  2. Please click on "Submit" after you complete the form, and you will get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please print this page and send back with your returned programmer.
  3. After we receive your returned programmer, we will confirm you by email and inform you of other details, usually within 2 business days.
  4. If the product is not under warranty anymore, a repairing charge will be applied.
