Warranty Policy

DediProg Technology Co., Ltd. grants all DediProg products for one year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the product is eligible for replacement or repair in case of the defects is made by poor material or workmanship and DediProg provides free repair  service.Customers should send the product to DediProg at their own expense unless the product is defective once it arrives at customer side. After repair or replacement, DediProg will send the product back to customer at our own expense. For warranty service please check the RMA page(Go) 

• Consumables and accessories such as socket adaptors, cables, headers, test clips, etc.
• Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, alteration, accidents and tampering. 
• Failure of Customer to properly follow operating manual provided by DediProg.
